FAQs:
What constitutes as confidential or sensitive information?
All businesses produce confidential or sensitive information. Anything that has your company name or telephone number on could be used for anything from fraudulent use to gathering information on business activity.
Do you provide a certificate of destruction?
Yes. Immediately after the shredding has taken place at your premises we will issue you with a certificate & the invoice will be posted the next working day.
Do we have to separate the paper?
No. We shred any colour or type of paper. Even paper clips, staples, rubber bands, labels and file tabs are not a problem although we do ask if you keep these to a minimum.
Do we have to be in a contract?
ShredPro believes that fixed term contracts are unnecessary. Quality and consistence of service is the only guarantee for keeping customers and gaining future business. However certain clients with extremely sensitive documents such as that which fall under the Data Protection Act who require a regular service may need a contract to be in place for their own security, which ShredPro is able provide.
What if I only need to use your service occasionally?
Whatever your requirements weekly, monthly one off shreds, we are happy to tailor our service to suit your needs.

Yes. All of our staff undergo rigorous background checks, including police checks and are also fully bonded and insured for £5,000,000.

The shredded material is taken to a recycling mill.
